"Alfred," John called out, sitting on the ground beside Alfred.
"Hm?" Alfred slowly wiped John's hands and legs with warm water to make sure he didn't catch a cold. After the battle, John was upset with his battle results. He had never fought anyone in his tribe when he was young. His parents wanted to teach him how to hunt after he grew up. However, they never got the opportunity.
"How do I win against a Speedster?" John asked.
"Well... That is something that I don't know myself. Speedsters are smart. The main reason that a normal person can't defeat them is not only because they have 'Superspeed' but also because they know how to use it. In my life, I have met a lot of speedsters. Some of them became legends, and some became Universal Level Threats. Those beings could even destroy the entire timelines of all Earths... So basically, to answer your question, if a speedster doesn't know how to skate, then use ice." Alfred explained.
"I will never pick a fight with a speedster in my life," John said with horror in his eyes.
'I know.' Alfred smiled.
Many of the servants were overjoyed with John's arrival. Since I had the intelligence of an adult, they had nothing to teach me. However, John was a kid with no basic knowledge. Plus, he is a werewolf. They taught him as much as they could in their free time, cooking, cleaning and all the stuff a butler needs to know.
He was the total opposite of me. He tried to help me but blew up some of my nanobots. So, I kicked him out... I was angry, alright. It takes me one hour... ONE WHOLE HOUR TO MAKE A SINGLE NANOBOT! AND HE BLEW UP HUNDRED OF THEM! WHY WOULD I NOT BE ANGRY?!
Phew...
I guess this is getting boring. Let's skip to the fun part, shall we?
Three months passed in the blink of an eye. Every day, Alfred would train us to our limits and teach us what we were supposed to learn at school according to our mental age. He gave us lessons on our abilities on the weekdays.
It was almost time for the main story to start, the year 300070 when the main character awakened his ability. As well as... you guessed it, the System. I am glad I didn't make it as good as the others, or else I would be the one who suffers.
The System is not Omnipotent, so I just need to find a way to turn it off. However, that is not the only plot armour he has. Sigh... Making contingencies for him will take a while. The main character is not that smart, either. He is a likeable person. He will only help a stranger if his friends are involved, which means he is not a saint. He lives his hero life differently than his regular life. That is one of the reasons that I want to be friends with him. To betray him later, of course.

"You want to go to the awakening ceremony? Why?" asked Thomas. He was so confused at my request.
"I thought that it might be a good experience for us. By us, I mean John as well. Since we haven't gone out in a while... or months," I explained.
"Well... I was already planning to go there. So I guess bringing you two along with us wouldn't matter. Are you ok with this, Alfred?" Thomas looked beside him.
"I was also planning to bring them along with us. After the assassination attempt on the young master, I am afraid to leave him alone." Alfred's face sulked. He was right. If I didn't put the onion under my bed to make myself look sick. Alfred would have left with Thomas Allen, eliminating my last line of defence. I learned that trick from a novel.
"I guess it is settled then! We are going to attend the awakening ceremony tomorrow! Wake up early, alright? We shouldn't be late." Uncle announced.
"It starts from 11 am. Why should we wake up early?" I asked.
"Well, as a form of contresy, of course! I also want to introduce you to my friends!" Uncle smiled.
"Got it." Although I knew who his friends were, I didn't want to give any spoilers. I can only say one thing. Their children are going to get awakened as well. One of them is also one of the main characters in my novel. Boy, oh boy! It is going to be a wonderful day.
"A reincarnated person from Earth who has a System versus the author of the novel. I wonder what would happen?" Ryuk said.
'All I can say is that it will be interesting,' I said.
"We will see about that."
