With the mark on him, although Di Tou had seemingly taken some steps towards removing it and resolving it, Di Tou wouldn't be surprised at all if even if he managed to remove it completely, the moment he returned to the world of cultivation, he had a new mark placed on him. This had all been within his realm of expectation, although he certainly hoped it wasn't the case in the end.
But for now… Going to scratch his head, Di Tou suddenly stopped and swapped hands, not wanting to risk the chance of 'contaminating' his head with the Heaven's mark too. Cutting off a hand he could indeed still possibly recover from, but he couldn't cut off his head!
Even if someone told him that as a Void Returning Stage Cultivator he could survive without his head, or even without his body, it really wasn't a risk he was willing to take! Cutting off a limb was already a line he was pretty much unwilling to cross, there was no way he would cut off his head!
