Seeing this occur, Di Tou was naturally shocked. Although he had discovered that the tentacle itself seemed to be a dog without teeth and wasn't that powerful on its own, seemingly mainly serving the purposes of reconnaissance and luring food towards its maw, it wasn't a theory he wanted to test out on his own person! Not to mention that he wasn't in an ideal state right now! But after fretting for just a second, Di Tou realised that the tentacle wasn't headed towards him, and in fact it wasn't even looking towards him! Instead it was rushing straight towards the maw!
And then, Di Tou realised a second thing, at this moment his [Divine Eyes] were no longer active, as his body could no longer sustain its requirements, but despite that, he could clearly see the tentacle as clear as day!
