Suga had heard something similar from William before. William had once told him that he and his parents had tried their best to give Zion as normal a childhood as possible. So whenever they were invited to events by their business partners, they would bring Zion along with them. William had also said that Zion absolutely hated it, and eventually, he stopped forcing Zion to go.
