It had been days since that absurd encounter between Suga and Zion, yet somehow it still lingered in his mind, refusing to leave him alone.
He kept replaying it. What if I hadn't bolted from the restroom like some idiot frozen in place? What would have happened then?
He shook his head quickly. No, nothing would've happened. Zion wasn't that kind of man. If he were, he would've forced his way from the start or snapped at Suga's hesitation.
And yet… Suga hadn't exactly said 'no' outright, had he? Still, he was certain Zion had understood his reluctance. What haunted him more was not knowing Zion's expression when he suddenly bolted, when he rejected him in such a blunt, almost rude way.
