All of a sudden, he disappeared from the spot and appeared behind Mass and her mother. Before they could process what just happened, they both felt their world go dark.
"But, I can't say desame for men" He said and threw a punch at Mase
Seeing this, Cal' raised his arm above his head and immediately struck down, sending a bolt of lightning towards Duke.
Duke sensing the approaching danger, tried to pull back his arm but the punch was already in motion. The lightning hit him squarely on his arm, sending a current through his entire body.
The current was intensified because of his ice and for a moment, just a moment, his eyes changed back to its original color...
And Cal' caught that.
"D*mn it!" Duke yelled and slightly curled forward
Not missing this moment, Jayce ran towards him and threw a punch.
It landed squarely on his stomach, throwing Duke off balance. Mase seeing this tried to throw a punch of his own.
Duke avoided it by moving his body to the side at the nick of time, sensing another punch, he quickly turned his head and retreated a bit.
"I've been taking you guys too lightly, you are stronger than I expected" He said
Jayce not giving him a chance to balance himself, followed up with another punch.
Duke avoided it and threw a punch of his own, which Jayce also in turn avoided by tilting his body back. He hurriedly avoided an ice spike, pushed off the ground and retreated to Cal's side.
"Avoid the ice, No matter what, avoid it!" Cal' said loud enough for Mase to hear, then he lowered his voice so only Jayce could hear him
"When I shot him last time, his eyes changed color. I think if I can shock him just enough, I might be able to change him back and knock him out. I need you to buy time for me" He said
"Alright, but be quick, I can't fight properly while avoiding the ice" Jayce replied
"Got it, and... try to avoid the girls"
"Got it" Jayce said and longed himself towards Duke.
Jayce coupled with Mase, engaged Duke in a fierce physical fight, while Cal' channeled his lightning, creating a bolt of lightning, not too big to kill him and not too small to be ineffective.
Just as he was about to shoot it, he heard a loud noise, he raised his head to see what was going on and found Jayce passed out underneath a big tree and Duke standing in front of his eyes with his fist stretched out.
"Not again" Duke said
In a moment of shock, he released the bolt and it struck Duke at the same time as the punch connected.
Cal' was pushed back and fell on his back clutching his stomach which had a trace of ice on it. While Duke...
"Aargh!!"
Hearing the scream, Cal' raised his head and found Duke clutching his head, he immediately started to speak
"Mikey! fight it, you can do it, just remember... remember everything we've been through... remember us... remember me, you can do it!"
"Aargh!, stop talking!!" Duke yelled
Cal' was about to say something when he heard a yell...
"No!"
He extended his gaze past Dukes shoulders and found Gwen intently staring at something, he moved his gaze towards that direction and saw an incoming Mase...
"No, Mikey move!!" He yelled, but Mikey being distracted couldn't move in time.
All he knew was, one moment he heard a yell and the next, he was falling off a cliff. He couldn't focus enough to grab on to something as his ears kept ringing. Then he hit something and everything went dark, with a yell accompanying him into the darkness...
"Mikey!!"

Meanwhile in 2075...
"Jacob, calm down, we'll find him" Mitchell said
"Hey, what's going on?"
"Tyler where are the kids?" Mitchell asked
"What do you mean? Aren't they here?" Tyler asked holding some snacks in his hands
"I just went out to get snacks"
"Well, they're gone, including Mikey"
"What? How? I just left for a few minutes!... Let me call them" Tyler said pulling out his phone

"Just in case. Well boys, let's go in" Mitchell said and walked right in, followed by Jacob and finally Tyler...
"Okay, here we go" he said

A Few Miles Away from Cal's position...
"I know it's here somewhere... The fluctuations are strong here" Ben said walking around with his laptop in hand.
A beeping sound could be heard from the laptop...

"It's definitely Vacio so where is it?"

He heard a scream and turned to the direction...

"Mikey! move!"
"Something's wrong here. Shit! I should probably go"
He said and was about to turn around but stopped when the beeping sound became faster...

The void in front of him seemed to warp and fireflies from God knows where, started to appear and fill that area, then all of a sudden, Vacio appeared and three people walked out of it...
"Mitchell?"
"Ben! Oh thank god, we found you. Where are the others?" Mitchell asked as she stepped out of the portal with Jacob and Tyler trailing behind her.
"... Right, right! About that, I think there's something wrong there" Ben said
"Wrong where?" Jacob asked, then they heard a scream
"Mikey!!"
"Why is it always him?" Jacob said, his voice almost like a sigh...
"We should go check it out" Mitchell said and they hurriedly ran there...
When they got there, what they saw was basically a battlefield, with ice scattered everywhere and people scattered around unconscious, three people could be seen looking down at the bottom of a cliff, two of them were kneeling while, the other one was standing.
