A couple readers asked about if I'll ever pick this back up again, and I guess the answer would be in this auxiliary chapter.
I am a university student first of all. Most of my focus goes to my studies and writing takes a long time to complete, especially when I'm trying to find that "perfect formula."
That brings me to my next point. When I was initally starting this fanfic, I truly didn't think it would get as popular as it did. I really only cared about how I felt towards MY story, but eventually people started commenting on the inconsistencies and the character I made. XD I'll be honest, I was a younger and less experienced writer so I was just writing things that seemed cool as fuck for an OP MC. I also had stopped writing because I wanted to see how JJK ended before I continued to see how I could (reasonably) alter the story.
But also with this chapter, I aim to correct and clear up things based off many questions that people ask and things I want to change, so expect a couple retcons or a few. If you'd like to continue reading after everything, great. If not, I hope you enjoy other JJK fics!
What is the MC cursed technique?
The MC's cursed technique is called
"Caustic Sea" and as the name suggests, it causes him to leak corrosive cursed energy. Through the cursed tools he gains in his journey to Europe, he gets more extensions to the technique. The natural aspect of his cursed energy spreads and corrodes to other cursed energy, effectively decaying it slowly.
(Just like how Kashimo's cursed energy is naturally electrified or Hakari's naturally is like a serrated bat.)

Why is the MC so weak sometimes?
I'll be real, I thought I made him entirely too powerful, so I tried to make most of his weaknesses exploitable through hubris. Unfortunately, I couldn't write it at the time properly so it just seems annoying and contrived. At the point of the fic where he's at, I plan to make him feel stronger and less of a weakling. He is supposed to be special grade.
Why did he go to Tokyo if he was found in Kyoto?
I simply wanted to force interactions between him, Gojo, and the other students. Since we know much more about the Tokyo school, my past self probably thought, "Well, this will probably be easier."
If you couldn't tell by now, my lack of experience and knowledge obviously shone through my writing decisions.
But I'll also make this clear too. I AM CHANGING THE CANON AND JJK WILL NOT END THE SAME WAY IT DID CANONICALLY.
I will try to be more consistent with writing in my free time, but keep in mind that I'm in my final stretch of school. I'm not being paid for this (yet) so have some patience.
