"1000 Sen, that's too costly" Reiko complains to the Inn attendants
"I'm so sorry, but we can't do anything about it" The Inn attendants says
Reiko and Tenjuro are currently residing in the Kaminari Clan before heading for their designated mission at Mt Tenchō
"You gotta learn how to plan ahead old hag" Tenjuro puts his hand into his pocket and brings out some coins and added to hers
"Here.." He slams it on the table
"You are a life saver" Rengoku-san [A/N: Tenjuro Rengoku is his full name]
"Then head over to Room 6, it the first room by your right upstairs"
"Wait a minute, will I be sharing a room with this old hag"
"1000 sen is a single room"
"What!!"

Reiko and Tenjuro sighs
The room was well kept, two futons laying side by side each other on the floor.
"Haa...finally a place to lay down" Tenjuro falls on the futon while Reiko goes to the window and inhales the fresh morning breeze
"We are low in funds" Reiko says
"Aleast you can ask you rich fiancée" Tenjuro whispers to himself
"Don't ever talk about him again" Reiko got annoyed instantly
"Alright, alright, my bad" Tenjuro apologies, and sits upright
"So what's it for today" Tenjuro asks
"We get enough rest then this night we move" Reiko says
"And with that being said, wake make sure you wake me up and don't do anything creepy while I'm sleeping" Reiko says and jumps on her futon diving straight to get dream land
"Oi old hag..."
*snore
Her snore sealed his lips
"I can't believe a human can sleep immediately after touching a futon" Tenjuro complains and goes to sleep
After some hours of sleeping it was now evening and time to go for their mission.
"Are you ready?" Reiko asks
"Yup"
"Then let's move" Reiko and Tenjuro began their journey into the Mountain. After some hours they were now deep inside the mountain, unlike most mountains covered in fogs this mountain was visibly clear.
"Any traces yet" Reiko asks looking at the ground and touching it checking for foot prints and other marks made by demons or beast
"Non" Tenjuro answered
"Why don't we head back to the foot of the mountain"
Tenjuro adds
"Yeah, you got some point, the Demon will most likely be after human flesh at night" Reiko says.
Both of them immediately head back down to the foot of the mountain
"Wait" Reiko says making Tenjuro stop at a place
"Do you hear it" Reiko asks
"Hear what?" Tenjuro tries to stay as calm as possible to hear what's she is talking about. After some seconds, Tenjuro could now hear it, it was someone crying
"A Boy?" Tenjuro says
"No, a Girl" Reiko says
"Huh??, What do you mean, I clearly hear a boy"
"That's exactly what I'm trying to tell you, I'm hearing a girl"
"Well non of that matters, let's just deal with this and head back" Reiko adds
"Why? why me? why me? why them? why everyone?" The cry of the Demon grew loud and loud, the voice was yet unexplainable, it was feminine yet masculine
"I tried my best, they tried their best, everyone tried their best, so why? why? why?"

The Demon broke a tree revealing it self within the dark. It took a normal human form, but had four faces at for sides of its head, two male and two female. it body was green and bulky it wore a shredded shots, with blood stains all over it
"Why me? why them? Why everyone?" It kept on crying and crying
"Oi Reiko, I've got a really bad feeling that this is going to get messy" Tenjuro says and grips his katana tightly getting ready for battle
"Yeah"
"Why me?, if only he had listened, if only he had listened to what I said, he would have been alive, so why me? i didn't kill him, so why me" The Demon cried and runs towards Reiko and throws a punch at her, Reiko uses her Katana to deflect the punch, she spins and goes for the hand

The katana couldn't penetrate. The Demon immediately comes back with another punch, but she wasn't rookie to become confused or fall in despair, she immediately kicks backwards and dodge the punch
"This one is sure tough" she says
"Hmph.. you are just too weak" Tenjuro dash at the demon at incredible speed and goes for a direct slash to the neck but the Demon raises its hand to block, seeing this Tenjuro didn't flich or stop, rather he continued with full throttle and sliced the demon's hand and got half way into the neck but his Katana got stuck
"Huhh...give it back you fool" Tenjuro tries to remove the sword from the neck but it didn't flich at all
"Move, Rengoku" Reiko runs towards them
"Ehh.. what are you trying to do old hag"
"I said move" Reiko wad aiming for the other side of the neck. Tenjuro finally pulled out his katana and immediately moves away from Reiko's part, but her plan didn't work. The Demon uses the other hand and blocks the slash. The slash was able to cut the hand off the hand, but it didn't stop at that, it also enraged the Demon more.
"Why me?!!!" The Demon raged and increased in size
"We just made it angry"
"You will pay!!!" The Demon ran towards Reiko. But Tenjuro comes in the way to stop it but he was sent flying with a punch and crash into a tree. The Demon the musters all his strength and Reiko miles away, she was able to reduced the impact of the punch but it was still critical.
"Oi bastard..." Tenjuro breaks out from the debris of trees that covered him
"...You've got some nerves punching my partner away" Tenjuro dash towards the Demon, the Demon throws the first punch towards Tenjuro, tenjuro hits the hand, changing the direction and distraught the balance of the Demon, he jumps on the air and spins two times and went for a hit at the neck. The Demon is not one ready to accept defeat so it used the other hand to block the attack but the hand was sliced off.
Tenjuro leaps back to catch a breath
"Tough..." Tenjuro says as he pants furiously
"Why me?? why me??" The Demon cried and rushed Tenjuro
"...I don't care if you are tough or sad, I'll kill you" Tenjuro ducks, dodging the demon's punch and spins in the same process cutting off the hand and jumps towards the a tree. He leans on the tree and musters all his strength to his legs and arms
"This is it" He launches him self and beheads the Demon. He couldn't control himself he falls and rolls roughly on the ground until he hits a tree which stopped him
"Why me?? Why me??" The Demon cried as it withered away slowly, Tenjuro struggled as he stands , he coughs out a mouth full of blood
"Internal bleeding?? that's bad" Tenjuro walks up to the Demon
"You had a nasty past life, but that doesn't give you a reason to kill the ones alive" Tenjuro said to The Demon as he withered away. He carried the messed up shorts and digs up a hole and buried it placing a stone on top of it.
"I hope you reincarnate when there are no Demons" He said a burial prayer
"Well then, time to find that old hag"
