The red and black circus tent unfolded completely at the peak of the mountain closest to the Skin Factory,
The flesh-colored mist surrounding the tent slowly dispersed, no longer restricting the visual level, and as the Blood Nobility watched, people began to emerge from the entrance of the tent.

Stepping out from the tent entrance came dozens of 'Balloon People' with comical footsteps.
They were all dressed in colorful suits patched together with cloth of different colors, most notably their heads, replaced by rubber balloons of various colors,
The balloon heads resembled the clown sculpture at the top of the tent, painted with exaggerated smiley faces in red paint, with spiral patterns drawn in black paint.
In their hands, they held various decoration tools, such as hanging strings of colorful neon lights around the tent to make it even more conspicuous, or laying multicolored striped carpets in front of the entrance.
