An ordinary-looking woman posed an instinctual threat to Catherine's mother, an Ancestor Primordial Body, causing her to unconsciously secrete seawater from her pores to form a protective barrier.
She gestured for her daughter to leave the room temporarily, deciding to confront this so-called threat herself.
