On the outskirts of Eternal Winter City, countless civilians are digging so-called trenches. They receive very little food each day, yet are forced to do extremely heavy physical labor.
To accelerate the construction of defense structures, Moss has thought of all possible ways: he has practically driven out all the civilians in Eternal Winter Port to work.
Besides building some sturdy concrete bunkers, the Dwarfs have also dug anti-tank ditches and crisscrossing trenches.
Between these trenches, they set up barbed wire as much as they could and covered some artillery positions with camouflage nets.
Although the combat effectiveness of the 4th Group Army is not as strong as the 1st and 2nd Corps, it is still fairly good. To defend Eternal Winter Port, Moss temporarily added two infantry divisions to this unit.
