To be honest, Valdeniel really didn't expect the final battle to kick off so soon. He had always thought that even if these Wolf Cavalry dared to launch a preemptive strike against the Striker Corps, they would at least stop at the blank coastline to rest for a while and gather their strength before attacking.
At this point, Old Val felt that both he and the Six-Winged Throne seemed to have underestimated the bravery and courage of the Beamon Cavalry. Strategically speaking, setting up a Striker Corps on the coastline initially was absolutely the right decision. Constant harassment and exhaustion of the enemy had a decisive effect on the final battle; however, tactically, Old Val knew that both he and the kids of the Striker Corps were in big trouble. These Wolf Cavalry were obviously not to be trifled with.
