"There clearly is someone." Luna pointed while locking eyes with the shadow figure.
The shadow was dressed in a black robe, with a black hood over its head. Its scarlet eyes pierced through the thick black fog, staring intently at her, a cruel, delighting smile playing at its lips.
Almost like ridicule, almost like a challenge.
The agent and assistant turned back around, exchanged surprised glances, then proceeded to comfort her together:
"Luna, there's really nothing there, you must be mistaken."
"Yes, Miss, I saw it clearly too, there's no one, just the two of us."
...
While they were speaking, another assistant called the hotel staff. Since she was a big star staying at a high-end hotel booked by the brand, the manager and such all showed up.
The room was full of people.
The shadow was still there, and not only did it not disappear due to the presence of so many people, but it actually tilted its head in response to Luna's terrified gaze.
