One cannot honestly call them soldiers as majority are simple farmers, merchants, carpenters etc.
People who volunteered for their families survival and to fight against Tsar who was also preparing for a invasion which could happen any time soon.
There was no celebration at the camps as everyone knew they could come at any moment.
Multiple raids were conducted by the enemies who would routinely strike the camps, kill and plunder.
As this pretty much hampered the morale as sleep was non-existent here in the Camps as many were to cautious or paranoid to sleep as all of the volunteers were to scared and yearned to stay alive so they can return home to their wives, parents, children etc.
The war has yet to properly start as only small conflicts have happened yet as a full fledged war needs the enemy to use their full force and strike all border regions.
