"What happened then?" Zane Langdon asked. He hadn't seen this project on any of the announcements.
"I looked into it. It's a female-led drama with no male lead. The three main male roles are for the early, middle, and late stages of the story, respectively. None of them are present from beginning to end! I didn't think it was suitable, so I turned it down directly."
"This is a Starfall Investments drama, isn't it?" Zane Langdon asked again.
Sean Coleman nodded. "Yes, it is."
"Since it's a company-funded project, why wasn't it given priority? I've always believed that acting is about choosing a suitable role, not just about being the lead or a supporting character."
"Zane, you're doing this for Melody Monroe, aren't you?" Sean Coleman said, cutting straight to the point.
"Don't worry. I won't let my personal feelings affect my work. Besides, I already know that Melody Monroe has someone she likes."
