"To this hotel," Evan Fairchild's voice sounded from the back seat.
Tommy immediately stepped on the gas, quickly pulling up to the hotel entrance.
Evan Fairchild got out of the car and strode into the hotel.
Melody Monroe was standing by the elevators, waiting. A wave of chills made her feel awful, and a dull, dragging pain started in her abdomen. The familiar sensation made her clench her jaw. 'Don't tell me I'm this unlucky.'
Suddenly, her wrist was seized in a tight grip.
Melody Monroe looked up into a pair of cool eyes and gasped.
'Evan Fairchild! What is he doing here?!'
"What's wrong?" Evan Fairchild asked, looking at Melody Monroe's pale face. A flicker of concern flashed deep in his eyes. "Are you not feeling well?"
