Grey could feel the primal instincts in him telling him to run at the mere sight of a fox, but he could feel something else inside him something deeper and hungry telling him to fight.
Pure rage erupted from the greys eyes more anger than any normal rabbit should have managed and the scruffy fox could feel the anger in the weakling as greys golden eyes flickered red momentarily "You're the reason behind this attack, right? I'm going to make sure i break as many of your bones as i can before i die!"
He was always angry at someone or something but the only times he felt this much rage was when his pudding was stolen or when someone other than himself bullied his family.
And seeing that predator's eyes made him feel just like prey which pissed off more than before he was sick of always being prey, sick of all those around him being hunted by others.
"You wanna hunt us so badly to eat us? well FINE I will hunt you and devour you!" Grey yelled
The fox leader looked at the young rabbit with his one good eye giving a mocking smirk. Standing upright the fox using his paw snapped his snout back in place with a loud *crack* sound.
-thump thump Thump THUMP THUMP-
A loud thumping sound came closer and closer shaking the ground. as grey stared down the fox not caring if the newcomer was a friend or foe as if he knew who was coming.
As if on point grey rushed forward as a black blur come from behind the fox.
The fox's fur was set ablaze, but he wasn't using as much flames as he did with elder oaks. Seeing this grey knew he was low on energy thanks to elder oaks; using the hooks at the end of his ropes as blades he swung them at the fox missing each time, but he continued relentlessly.
The black blur moved at incredible speeds and actually managed to land a heavy blow with a massive hammer. Feeling the blow, the fox realized the only threat to him now was the jet black rabbit with hammer. Using his claws he swiped at the rabbit sending him back with a tear in his chest; but something was off about the black rabbits blood.
it was black and tar like, but he was most surprised by the fact that even though he was of a lower power level he was strangely powerful.
Grey seeing the rabbit recognized him almost immediately in a flabbergasted tone "JOE, didn't you die."
Joe turned his head to grey as his black blood flowed back into his body healing him instantly. "Yes Lad, I was tainted by the darkness beyond in order smite these vermin, thus I am reborn anew." He said showing off his new rune of a cracked mountain. His all-black hammer turned into an axe looking to be made of the same black goo as his blood.
"Damm, you evolved after death?" he said knowing only one creature that managed to pull that off. A image of a blue and white female hare three times bigger than normal rabbits came to mind.
Before they could catch up the fox pounced on them grey seeing this used his rune full force let out a loud ~SCREECH~ point blank at the foxes face before grey was sent flying into a wall by an aimless attack from his victim
Spitting out blood grey felt nothing but pain and heat everywhere barely able to catch his breath. Everything was getting blurry as he struggled to stay awake the last thing he saw was Joe fighting the fox who was now unsteady due to his sound attack straight to the face but Joe turned his black blood in different heavy weapon like a war shield and hammer.
As everything went black, grey was still filled with so much anger for his own weakness. His mind drifting as his life flashed before his eyes but his eyes and body flicked with a slight red light that seemed to resonate with the weapons scarlet enchanted creating a feedback loop that grey couldn't understand as he was already passed out.

After karma was sent flying he landed in a pile of soft hay near a bakery, after pulling himself up he had to look around to find where he was then he heard an explosion along with a scream, so he dashed in that direction with no hesitation.
As the foxes where hunting near the schoolhouse BO was badly hurt and passed out on the corpse of a fox as only three foxes remained as they joined last minute and all were targeting Blitz as she was missing an arm and ear, but they were slowly regrowing.
she was the only one standing between them and all the young ones in the schoolhouse. Karma also noticed the vines surrounding the building as well as the broken-down front door.
Seeing every thing karma used his sickles like a spear and threw both of them. Whilst yelling "LEAVE THEM ALONE!"
The foxes hearing him looked in his direction only for two of them to have their eyes pierced by pure chance and dying immediately. After arriving near blitz, he got a rundown of the situation he only needed to buy time so everyone could dig an escape tunnel and run to the closest burrow the 13th.
After a few minutes both blitz and karma were bloody and beaten none of the foxes were killed in that time as they were both unarmed but after holding for so long, they were exhausted and wounded but more foxes seemed to keep coming at them and they knew they would eventually be overwhelmed.
Right before the foxes pounced on them, string appeared out of nowhere and dragged one of them to a rabbit in a brown armor before he gave the fox a bite full of venom.
Seeing the threat that was fighting their boss earlier two of them ran away. But the one that was bitten was foaming at the mouth completely knocked out.
Karma was gasping for air after seeing the elder come back still alive just burnt a bit.
"Elder help us evacuate to the 13th burrow they are almost done digging out." Blitz said in an exhausted voice.
After looking at everyone's condition blitz was in the best condition because she kept regenerating through her worm rune.
"Blitz I'm sorry to ask this old friend but go to town square and bring back the dammed fool grey back here he needs help, but no fighting we need to prioritize escaping even if we win this place is no longer safe."
Blitz just nodded before hopping off when everyone paused because a loud screech was heard throughout the burrow and the entire underground area seemed to shake as if a bomb went off and they could see foxes all around them going to the loud SCREECH!
"Oh no get everyone out NOW!" The elder said in a pained voice he did not know what that howling sound meant but he knew if all of them were grouping together it was really bad.
He looked at karma with a sad expression "grey is a tough one to catch even for me when he wants to escape, I'm sure he's going to be fine, but we have many to get to safety we need to go now."
Before he could argue his sister Daisy came out the schoolhouse and knocked him out "let's go before he wakes up or else he'll go to help him."
Blitz and elder oaks were stunned to see what she just did but still agreed as they all went to escape "but leave a coded note in case there are survivors."
