Upon hearing this familiar voice, Lin Yaru suddenly got excited, stood up from where she was, and then quickly ran towards the door.

After listening, Ye Chen nodded and looked over to see a man who indeed was on the shorter side.
He approached him and felt around his waist, finding not only the sharp weapon but also a set of keys.
After taking out the keys, he accurately located the right one, opened the door lock, and right then, Lin Yaru, upon seeing him, threw herself into his arms and started to cry.
