Charles's gaze slowly swept across the faces of the crew. "Everyone, if you still recognize me as the Captain, then after this meal, all of you go back to Hope Island, and don't tell anyone about meeting me. Don't come looking for me again either."
Upon hearing this, Deep felt a mixture of discomfort and relief, knowing at least the Captain was not in danger, and that was reassuring enough.
"No way! Since you're on this island, I will stay here too." Lily was the first to strongly disagree.
Charles lightly patted her on the head, looking at her gently, "Lily, be good, everything must return to its proper course."
"I've already said, I'm not a child! Why do you always like to pat my head!!" Lily forcefully knocked Charles's hand away and sat back in her chair, puffed up. The atmosphere in the room began to turn a bit heavy.
Charles gave a dry laugh and started chatting with the other crew members, asking about their plans for the future.
