"Do you still remember our promise?" Lily's eyes lit up.
Upon hearing this, Charles didn't speak, he certainly remembered, but he didn't want to discuss the topic.
Lily's eyebrows furrowed when she didn't get a response, "Mr. Charles, you don't always treat me like a child and deceive me, do you?"
"No, of course not." Charles's gaze involuntarily shifted elsewhere.
"That's good!" Lily smiled and cuddled into his arms. Suddenly she thought of something and raised her head, "In case you forget, we might be in trouble; why don't we write down our agreement?"
Just as Charles was about to say something, Deep stumbled in through a nearby window, his hand clutching a glass of wine, completely drunk.
"Captain! Lily!! You're both here! Great, I don't have to look for you, come on! Let's go drink at Tuba's house! Everyone's there!!" Deep said with a thick tongue and rushed over, grabbing Charles's hand and heading towards the balcony.
