After five minutes of hovering, Minerva asks Kurosawa. "Was it wise?"
"Certainly not." Kurosawa tersely answered.
"Then why did you do it?"
Kurosawa turns his head and looks at Minerva before answering. "Because that is crucial to my final plan."
Minerva becomes silent and Kurosawa returns his gaze ahead of him.
After a while, Gerard interjected.
"Master, what's the final plan? And what's with the hammer that is about to crush the Edo Kingdom?"
Although he knew, Gerard need to play dumb. And he has a bad premonition over it.
"I'll tell you later but giving a warning about the incoming deluge in public is necessary. The sudden information will cause public unrest, resulting in losing confidence in the Royal Family. All those are needed to get close to the heart of the danger."
