Hayden collapsed into the bathtub limply. He reached out to grab the bath soap with shaky hands.
Why? Why can't Zenos trust him? Why didn't Zenos trust him?
Why did Zenos compare him to a random woman?
They both stayed and lived together, isn't that enough?
Hayden pleaded and ran after Zenos so Zenos could take him back; wasn't that enough to prove his seriousness?
A line of tears slid down Hayden's right eye. Was it still because of the first time he hurt Zenos?
Did Zenos not trust him all this time? Has Zenos always thought he'd leave?
Hayden's heart ached, and he curled up in the bathtub; he whimpered and cried to himself.
Hayden hated the decision he was about to make, but he had to leave.
More than anything, Hayden had to calm his mind.
By the time Hayden stepped out of the bathroom, he had composed himself.
Hayden's eyes landed on the carefully arranged clothes placed on the bed by Zenos.
