"What is with that confusion of yours, you should know that the Hunter Association Chairman won't come to you for a talk or a warm cup of tea, so whatever you are here to propose I am not interested in it," I said observing their reactions.
"Smart kid then you should know that you will become the 10th S-rank hunter of Korea, it is both blessing and a disaster," he said, releasing his pressure a bit.
"Well, that was obvious anyway I know that, so you don't have to worry about that," I said ignoring their seriousness with a nonchalant smile.
"I don't think that you understand the seriousness of the situation with that attitude of yours," he said increasing the magical power pressure on me, trying his best to intimidate me.
"Old man I think you are going overboard now, you should stop before I lose any respect for you," I said giving him a last warning.
With that, a silence formed between us, and the Chairman stood up and left without saying a word while Woo Jinchul came forward to me,
"We shall take our leave, please visit the Hunter Association in 2 days, for your evaluation test," he said giving me a bow then left.
"So, we didn't get along at all, that was supposed to happen he was a serious guy and I am just the opposite, he got along with Sung Jinwoo Because they both are serious people," I said while going back to beating that son of a bitch golem.

What had happened to me, I don't know why I lost my patient so easily in front of that young man, but he was the opposite of what a Hunter should be, he was lazy and on top of that he has no respect for other hunter or people at that.
I don't know how 'Asami' would have handled him but now I can't do anything even if he chose to go to another hunter guild, we can't stop him.
"Sir, I think your decision was the right one, we do not need a hunter like that even if he may be an S-rank we can't have an arrogant kid amongst our ranks," Woo Jinchul said told me, but I can't get the feeling out of my mind that we had made a very big mistake that we will come to regret later.
"Chief you may be right but he is a gift to our country so we should cherish him," I told my Subordinate, while he may be a bit arrogant but he is also young so, we should take care of him in any way possible.

Time skip (day of evaluation):
'A normal day as always, so many people are still gathered here for their evaluation, and scouts of small guild gathered here to scoop in the good material hunters,' while I was walking toward the room where my rank evaluation was going to take place, I was observing the surroundings not a thing different from the usual routine.
"Hello sir, you must be Mr. Kenzo Itomo please come with me," a staff member approached me and I walked with him to a further away room, just as I entered the room, I could see the Chairman and A short guy with him.
"Nice meeting you Mr. Kenzo, before assigning you a Rank we want to see your skill so that we can give you a class," the other guy spoke, while the Chairman stood beside him silently.
'Now, the question is which abilities should I show them {Resurrection} will be too overpowering for them and the world will be in chaos by how a hunter can revive the dead, {Word Soul Magic} is an option and another one is {Darkness manipulation} but I want an overpowering impression,'.
"You see, my abilities are I can do anything with just my words," I said scratching my head.
"Si. Sir, we know that you are powerful, but we want your actual skill so that we can have a proper evaluation, please refrain from making jokes here," the Association staff member said while thinking I was joking.
"What are you talking about, I am serious," I told him.
"Hunter Kenzo, could we have a demonstration of this skill of yours," The Chairman said looking my way with a serious expression.
"As you wish then," FIREBALL" a huge ball of fire was created on my hand, "ICE AGE" whole room was frozen within seconds, "VANISH" everything was back to normal.
"Well as you can see whatever I speak will come true," I told them the staff guy was sweating but the Chairman was fine.
"Hunter Kenzo, I think you have not yet shown your full capabilities, but if this is it then it was best an A-rank," Goo GunHee said to me.
"Ok then, "BLACK TEMPEST OF MAGIC SWORDS" the whole room was full of black magical weapons that are moving at my command, and the magical power radiating from them I think have alerted the whole city.
"This… this power," Goo GunHee was sweating like crazy now, he didn't have a word to say and the other guy passed just as the swords appeared.
"VANISH", the swords vanished into thin air and the atmosphere returned to normal but I think he will have nightmares about this thing.
"So, can I get my license now, or do I have to show something else," I said sarcastically, I think the top hunter in the city had felt the magical power of the swords their power was off the charts.

"Guild master, did you feel that it came from the direction of the Hunter Association and I don't think this was Chairman," said the young woman, to the person in front of him.

S-rank and sensors reactions were quite similar to this, though out the city. So the Hunter Association started receiving calls about this but the reality was quite different.
