In the midst of the crowd, three distinct men came forward. These men were the ones currently leading the three main families.
"Sir Inoue Kenzo at your service." The first man spoke.
"Sir Kimura Minato at your service." The second man spoke.
"Sir Furuya Hinata at your service." The third man spoke.
Rex looked at the three men. He could tell that these three men were strong. Probably as strong as Demon or Maximum in a one on one fight. In a two on two fight, it would be impossible for any of these two men to fight together and defeat those two. That is what Rex truly believed upon seeing them.
"Our two families usually keep a good record together. This is why our names are so similar." Hinata spoke.
Rex was surprised to hear that. He still did not take it for granted how powerful each one was. Hearing how they kept good relationships over many years. It would not surprise him if the both of them could fight equally against Demon and Maximum.
"I am an outsider to the group. My family joined as a barely surviving duo and we eventually became very powerful. We were told to ensure that our generations keep up the practice of ensuring peace within the Demi-humans city." Kenzo spoke up.
This was weird to Rex. He was not sure why they were speaking up like this. Even though they were afraid when they saw the tiger and dragon.
"Although we have barely introduced ourselves. The Demi-humans who you talked to told us about the meeting. We decided to ensure that we all help build a solid town to ensure that nothing goes wrong.
We spent almost three hundreds in our records building our previous town up. That is because we had to learn the techniques and materials the hard way. Now, we will ensure that everything goes smoothly.
Our builders are building new carts to ensure that their tools and materials can be safely delivered to our new town. When they arrive, it will make most towns feel incomplete due to our knowledge and building skills." Minato spoke.
Rex was actually surprised. This was nothing like what he expected. These men had the records to ensure that nothing went wrong and that they could move in easily when they needed to.
"For the last tiny amount of knowledge before we can finish. We will have to build a place where only we, the thirteen Demi-humans, you and your wives, and a human family to where we are moving to can enter.
This is to ensure that we transfer all records from each of the villages and towns into one. This way we all can use our knowledge to strengthen each other. The price will become heavy because only our families will be allowed to enter." Kenzo spoke up again.
This was to ensure that no matter what the records are all kept clean and used to provide teachings to the others.
Of course, it was mainly for their families to keep track of. That did not mean that people would not be hired to help protect it.
Now that they were finished, Rex took a breath and began to let out his Demonic Qi.
"I am the Demon King of Annihilation, Rex. You have met my First Soul Mate Lilith. If she ever says anything, it is as if I said it. Do I make myself clear?" Rex asked the three.
"Of course." They spoke in unison.
A little sweat was rolling down their spines as Rex spoke.
"Now then, whatever you three need to build. To can talk to the demons there and they can help expand and select areas to ensure that everything is built." Rex spoke again and this time without his Demonic Qi.
The men were happy that Rex stopped his Qi from being leaked.
"For this last thing, what do you three truly need while in the city." Rex asked.
"For our traditions to continue. We have two maids and one wife. We are to have one male and one female that is carrying our blood to continue our lineage. Even if the first male or female is born from a maid, they instantly get the treatment of being born from our wife.
This is to ensure that our blood remains mostly connected to each other. Of course, we trade babies to ensure that our knowledge stays up to date with the extra due to specific training regimes that each family holds dear.
Once we have too many either male or female in the house. Once they are of the age to be able to leave. We hand them to our secondary trees.
The children are free to grow up and do as they please. As long as they remain true to the family. We do not care about anything else. If they betray us, we smite them along with whoever else was with them. This includes bandits, friends, a family that they built, and even work colleagues depending where they were working." Minato spoke up.
"Consider it done." Rex told them.
He had to ensure that everything was settled for the families before the sun truly set. They stopped to ensure that no casualties happened. Rex was even glad that Lilith laid on chest with Iris and Liz both grabbing a shoulder.
The night passed by without any noise. Even the three family heads protecting their knowledge went without issue.
Once morning dawned on the next morning, the town and village began their journey. The Demi-humans helping the carts get moving while the children all giggled and enjoyed company of new friends.
This made the parents of both sides wish that this would continue. They knew better than most how it usually ended up. Even Rex watching from atop his tiger wanted nothing more than this to continue.
He decided to ensure that this would and decided to make his First Rule: Live side by side as if each person on either side is your biological family.
Little did Rex know that making this rule would solidfy the growth of the town. Ensuring that the future generations would live in peace without fear of death.
