Octavius knelt on the ground and rested his palm on it. Closing his eyes, he felt the earth slightly shake. Horns blew from ahead of him, confirming his theory as his men rushed about to prepare for the battle at Octavius's orders.
"Finally." His scouts had sent him word that Magnus was within a day's march away. Knowing this, it didn't take long for his men to get ready. Some stationed themselves atop the small hills, the rest created shield walls through the gaps between the hills and a large one on the main road.
Putting his helmet on, Ovtavius ran up the nearest hill and looked out. Magnus Clavery was charging ahead, whilst the main army slowly moved, ready to attack. Looking east, Octavius saw his cavalry flanking, ready to intercept. Smiling and taking a deep breath, Octavius watched, excited that he had the chance to finally put an end to the rebellion and rebuild.
