AN: I am back!
I apologize for the long wait. I was sick for a while in the past and after I recovered, I just couldn't start writing as I didn't know what to do anymore.
Anyway, I'm back now and there's going to be a chapter dump today!
Yes, you will not only get not one, not two, and not three, but a whole arc-worth of chapters!
From now on, I'll be posting per arc so it's easier for me to correct some things during the arc's plot and I won't get too lazy than when I post one at a time.
I most likely won't be posting frequently but I'll try for an arc per month.
Also, I'll be matching the chapters here and in the pat re on, feel free to remove your subscription if you want. It's too confusing for me when one is a chapter in advance than the other sites.
That's all. enjoy

Asgard.
Benjamin and his group arrived shortly after leaving Heven.
He didn't directly portal inside the palace halls but instead appeared outside so Angela and Sera could see what Asgard looks like.
"So this is the infamous Asgard. It's more…normal than I thought it would be."
Angela said as she glanced around.
Benjamin asked.
"What did you think it would be?"
"Barren? Full of beggars roaming about?"
"Haha, it would be weird to see a beggar here in Asgard."
Benjamin chuckled and shook his head.
However, he soon froze when he saw a beggar in tattered robes squatting in front of the palace gates.
Looking closely, one could see the face of the God of Thunder, Thor Odinson, underneath those tattered robes…
"..."
"..."
Benjamin and Thor looked at each other for a brief moment before Benjamin looked away and pretended he saw nothing.
"Anyway, Asgard looks decent right?"
"Didn't you say there's no beggars in Asgard?"
"Hm? Oh, that's your brother, the King of Asgard. He's not a beggar."
"..."
Angela was speechless.
She didn't even know where to begin retorting.
That's the new King of Asgard?
That's her brother?
Why is he squatting outside?
Has Asgard fallen so low that their own king need to beg on the streets?
And why is everyone just ignoring him?
Confused but didn't know where to start asking, Angela just followed Benjamin and the others into the palace.
There they saw Freyja speaking to some ministers as they discussed some matters of the Realm.
When Benjamin and the others entered, Freyja immediately saw them and her eyes locked in on the two newcomers.
It only took her a fraction of a second to know which one was her daughter.
The next moment, she tossed the papers in her hands to the ministers and jumped to hug Angela.
Angela was surprised and was about to draw her sword, but paused.
For some reason, she just knew.
This woman meant her no harm.
And just like that, the two were wrapped in a warm embrace.
"Aldrif…my child…welcome home…"
"...Are you…my mother…?"
"Yes child…I am…and I'm sorry for only meeting you now after so long…"
Freyja cried as she spoke while Angela silently accepted her embrace with complex feelings.
Beside Benjamin, Hela watched the two in silence.
Freyja seemed to have noticed her gaze and looked towards her with her arm stretched out.
Hela was confused for a moment until Benjamin nudged her over to them.
Now, Freyja hugged both her daughters, feeling completely satisfied.
At some point, Thor appeared beside Benjamin and saw this scene. He immediately rushed over to join the hug only to be mercilessly kicked by Freyja.
"What are you doing here? I thought I told you to reflect on your actions! Go away!"
"..."
Thor sulked and left again while mumbling something.
"No way, am I adopted too?"
After some time passed, the halls were filled with long tables and food from all over the Realm.
Aldrif Odinsdottir has returned! A banquet was naturally in order!
Thor was temporarily relieved of his punishment too and was busy laughing and drinking in a corner.
Everyone was invited.
Even some heroes in Earth were here.
Last time, Benjamin had brought Spiderman and a few others to help Asgard during the Dark Elf invasion and it seems that they made some friends here who occasionally invite them to come and have fun.
Benjamin smiled as he looked at everyone merrily laughing with each other.
Suddenly, he caught sight of a redhead quietly drinking on a glass of wine while leaning over at a balcony.
It was Angela.
Benjamin glanced around and found Sera chatting with Freyja over some things.
He walked over to Angela and chatted.
"Seems Sera is already mooching over her mother-in-law."
Angela glanced at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Mother-in-law? What do you mean?"
"Hm? Aren't you and Sera together?"
Angela chuckled.
"Maybe in another life. No, I'd say we are more like siblings."
Angela glanced at Sera who was busy chatting with Freyja.
"After Loriel, my caretaker, passed. She's the closest I have to family. Like a little sister I didn't have…well, now I know I do have a little sister. Even two little brothers."
Benjamin chuckled.
"Speaking of, where is Loki?"
"I'm right here."
Someone suddenly spoke behind Benjamin.
Turning his head to look, it was indeed Loki!
Only…he seemed a bit different from the Loki he remembered.
More…calm? Mature maybe?
"Loki? Where have you been? Rather, what have you been upto?"
"What do you mean? Oh, right. You're not the Ben from my time."
"..."
Benjamin could already feel a headache coming.
This is why he hates dealing with time travels.
"Don't tell me I'm gonna meet you in the TVA? Are you the one causing trouble there?"
"How did you…uhh, nevermind. Anyway, you don't need to worry about it too much. Everything's gonna be fine."
Loki chuckled but Benjamin felt even more worried now.
"This coming from the God of Tricksters doesn't really assure me much…"
"My little brother is the God of Tricksters?"
Angela raised a brow at that.
"Oh I'm no longer the God of Tricksters."
Loki quickly shook his head.
"Oh? What are you a God of now?"
Loki smiled.
"Now that…is a story for another time."
"?"
"Well it's been fun meeting you big sis. Welcome to the family. I'm sure we'll be meeting more often in the future."
Loki chuckled and slowly dissipated into green mist.
Angela turned to Benjamin who just shrugged.
"Don't look at me, they're your family."
"Odin, the King of Nothing. Hela, maid of Death. Thor, the beggar King. Loki, the God of something? It seems that in my family, only my mother Freyja is normal."
"If you ask me, she's the most abnormal of them all for being the mother of all of you."
Benjamin laughed.
"Is that so?"
Benjamin froze.
He turned his head stiffly and sure enough, Freyja was there, smiling at him.
Benjamin coughed and added.
"A-ahem. Of course I meant that in a good way. Only someone as strong and kind and unique as Miss Freyja can give birth to such amazing children!"
"Haha, you flatter me."
Freyja laughed and no longer bothered with him, pulling along Sera to continue their chat.
Benjamin sighed.
Really, mothers are the scariest thing no matter which universe it is…
When it was Benjamin and Angela alone again, Benjamin asked.
"So what's your plan now?"
Angela glanced at her wine glass and downed it immediately.
"I'll be staying here for a while and take a look around. After that…who knows?"
"Well, if you ever feel like it, I have a job for you."
"A job?"
"Yeah. To put it in simple terms, an Intergalactic Peace-keeping Corps. You get to roam around the universe, settle some problems here and there, and that's it. If there's no trouble, you can just tour around."
"Hm. And I get paid for this, of course?"
"Yes."
"Then I'll take it."
"Pleasure to have you with us, Angela."
Benjamin held out his hand which Angela then shook with a smile.
Once the deal was settled, Hela and Selene approached them.
"You guys done?"
"Yeah, what's up?"
"We've had enough drinking. Let's go straight to the afterparty."
Selene said as she and Hela started to drag Benjamin to find a room.
Angela followed them in confusion as she asked.
"There's an afterparty? Mind if I tag along?"
"Uhh…"
Benjamin was speechless.
If what he thinks is right…the afterparty that Selene mentioned should be…
Before he could say anything, Hela grinned and nodded.
"That's right. Follow us, I'll show you what 'fun' really is."
Hela???
"Also, take that rope with us."
"Hm? Sure…but why?"
Angela took a rope they found on the way, as she asked.
"It's for a game we will play."
"Game?"
Angela was still confused but nodded anyway.
Soon enough…
"Umm…girls? Do I really need to be tied down…?"
Benjamin chuckled cautiously when he saw that the ropes were meant for him.
"Shush. The chair doesn't need to speak."
"Chair?"
"From now on, we're playing musical chairs. The one who cums first loses!"
"???"
Angela, still confused, was led by Hela and Selene to strip and…well, the rest is history.
