"…Is there something wrong?" asked Ataraxia in response to the man's gaze, feeling as if the latter's gaze was trying to peer into his secrets.
"There's nothing really wrong per se," replied Aeramis, belatedly realizing that his gaze towards the young man just now was a bit too much. "However, I do have a question that I hope you could answer truthfully."
"And that is…?" Ataraxia raised his eyebrow at those words.
"Are you the chosen descendant of a high-ranking being by any chance?" asked the man as a reply, his expression showing him that the question he asked him was no joke.
"At first, I thought you were a disciple of some Divine-level organization," he continued, laying out his train of thought for Ataraxia. "Then, after giving it a bit more thought, I felt that it would be more believable if you had the support of an Immemorial Deity."
