The imposter's tongue wrapped around Naruto at shocking speed, Sasuke immediately performed [Fire Style: Stream]
To burn his tongue to a crisp.

Naruto cried out, the man's tongue tightened, threatening to crush the blonde's bones.
Even before Sasuke's Jutsu reached near the man's tongue, it traveled back carrying Naruto at breakneck speed.

Naruto struggled, his eyes turned crimson in desperation, with a battle cry, he broke out from the binding with immense strength.

The man retracted his snapped tongue and held his mouth, blood flowed down like a river.

Sasuke muttered, the Uzumaki just displayed power he shouldn't be capable of.
Red Chakra enveloped the Blonde's body, in a flash Naruto reached in front of the opponent.
Sasuke took a step forward, lightning flickering around his body. His body flickered while enhancing the Jutsu with lightning.
Sasuke also instantaneously appeared behind the enemy with a [Fire Style: Hell spear] held in his right hand.
The heat radiating from it burned the surrounding grass, the ground cracked after Naruto kicked it with all his might.

Sasuke threw the hell spear with all his might, the Sharingan helped him aim to the utmost degree. The spear left a crimson flash behind it, the ground burned as it traveled through the air.

Naruto lunged at the man, The enemy suddenly disappeared. The spear centimeters away from him.
The man suddenly appeared in front of the blonde, before Naruto could react, he was struck with a five-finger strike right in the abdomen.
The man gripped Naruto and held him toward the incoming spear. Sasuke's eyes widened, the spear inches away from Naruto's head.

The mark on his palm spread through his right side to his forehead, it flashed teal and black in color.
He felt power surging through his body, the sheer amount of strength in his body made the ground crack with a single step.
Lightning jolted from his body, fire emerged from his feet. The ground under him exploded, he vanished, leaving a trail of lightning.
Instantaneously, Sasuke grabbed ahold of his spear's rear. His eyes left a crimson trail.
His eyes locked onto the enemy, cold like ice.
The spear merged with his hand. His arm raging in teal fire. Another explosion under his feet made him disappear from the enemy's sight.
The man's eyes widened, he snapped his head toward his right only to feel something grab ahold of it.

Sasuke slammed the man to the ground. Wind started gathering on his elbow.

Before he could send the double impact to crush the enemy, he felt something swirl around his body, before Sasuke could break free, he felt something bite his neck.
"Fuck!"
Sasuke sent down the double impact on the ground.
*BOOM!!*
With an explosion like any other, the ground formed a deep crater.
He was unwrapped, Sasuke groaned. A burning sensation entered his whole body. The markings on his body faded as Sasuke felt his strength drain.
The Uchiha's eyes darted behind. His eyes widened seeing the same person under his arm stand there.
'What!?'
Sasuke grew confused, how did he reach there... The body he grabbed was far from a shadow clone, it felt real!

Naruto rushed forward, only to hit air as the enemy disappeared in a flash.

Sasuke again groaned, the pain becoming more intense, he could feel his consciousness drifting away.

He refuted. Steeling his resolve, he pulled out a kunai and stabbed his thigh. The Uchiha's eyes jolted awake from the pain.
The burning sensation slowly faded away, Sasuke's breathing was rigid. Naruto treated his wound as he bandaged it.
Suddenly, Sasuke noticed three tomoe-like patterns running down his arm. It penetrated the diamond-shaped mark on his palm and disappeared, only leaving smoke.
'Did he intend to implant that... Mark on body from the beginning'
Sasuke slowly covered his face with his palm, a wide grin grew on his face.
"Ha... Ha... Haahahahaha!!"
Sasuke laughed like a maniac. Naruto grew perplexed, did he hit his head or something?
'If so... You've failed miserably'
Sasuke grinned. The imposter would feel his wrath the next time they meet. The Uchiha then gazed toward Naruto, the crimson was no more.
Naruto, noticing his gaze, lowered his head.
"Sorry..."
He mumbled, Sasuke sighed and got up from his position. It still hurt, but he had to endure.
"Get your head up... We need to find another scroll... Bring back Sakura too"
The blonde nodded hesitantly. Summoning two shadow clones, he ordered them to bring back Sakura.
The two clones returned with an unconscious Sakura in hand. They placed her down before popping out of existence.
Sasuke walked toward the crater and looked at the dead body. He narrowed his eyes... The Chakra signature wasn't the same as the enemy's.
