Golgotha base was attacked by the whitebonez. Despite hearing this news Nate was not worried at all. First was that nearly all his strong allies are there, therefore Nate believed that much couldn't happen to his people.
Regardless, Nate have to make a quick return in case his help was needed which he doubt though.
On arriving at the other side, just like he expected, everyone was fine. However, what he didn't expect was to see Zee, Tigger and then the one called mummei.
On seeing Nate, the first to act was Sin.
"I didn't bargain for this. This isn't our deal and you better explain where you have been all this while?!" Sin said advancing towards Nate.
'I thought they were all fine... Did we suffer some casualties in this fight?' Nate wondered. But Nate know that his system will inform him if any of his horde members were to die but that particular notification never came.
Sin was still walking towards Nate when someone blocked his path.
"You better watch your mouth... Else I will pouch the living hell out of you...!" Peter warned looking Sin directly into his eyes.
Sin's eyes were glowing red because of his but Peter didn't care. He would not stand watching someone disrespecting Nate right in front of him.
"Get...out...of...my...face...!" Sin demanded.
It have become apparent that a serious fight will soon escalate and everyone was looking at Nate to do something about it, but the latter was just standing there doing nothing.
"And what if I don't ?" Peter asked sarcastically.
Sin now feed up with it throw out his fist and when doing so, some parts of his power were mixed.
The others could only see the phantom outline of the red fist heading towards Peter.
However, Peter at the last moment moved way at a speed the others didn't even know he moved.
To them, he was still standing there when the fist pierced his chest.
After dodging the fist, Sin was coming up with another when he couldn't feel anything on his shoulder.
Looking down, he could see his arms detached from his shoulder as blood gushed out from it.
"This is a reminder to you... You might be strong but you are not the strongest. Nate might cherish your strength but I don't," with that Peter walked back towards the others.
Everyone was shocked at how it all happened. They all thought that Sin was already too fast for them to keep up but Peter's speed was on another level.
Even the phantom figure couldn't be seen at this point.
"Wow... That was a great show there." Lyon commented when Peter returned but he didn't get any response.
Lynn has already gone off to do her job. With her power, another arm was formed for Sin after which the latter looked at Peter.
"What... This time I might not only end in one of your arms, but I might also even take your head with me," Peter said.
When he said this, everyone close to him moved out for fear of the unthinkable that might occur.
"That's enough...!" Nate's voice resounded as he walked through.
"You want to know about the matrix right? They are weak now and they will be arriving here in no time," Nate said.
"Now I want you an explanation of what happened here and what are they doing here?" Nate said pointing at Zee and his men.
That's when Zee and Tigger got up and came before Nate before kneeling.
"Please... Take us in... We want to help you in your fight against Ozzie and what other enemy you have, we want to serve you...!!" the two said in unison.
'Now this was something I was not expecting at all... At least not too soon,' Nate thought... It seems like everywhere he goes, things seem to be falling in place for him and his horde members.
Later that day, what happened and how it all happened was explained to Nate helping him in deciding on their next course of action.
After the explanation, what caught Nate's attention the most was Sin. They have informed him about what he has altered into.
'I nearly forgot that Sin was not even a human. I think it's time I start looking into this the more, who knows what would have happened if Lynn was not there to tame him,' Nate thought.
In the explanation, Nate was told that Sin turned into some sort of bloodlust beast that was incredibly strong and fast at that time. Thankfully, Lynn's ability not only does it work on pain, but also works on something like anger and so on.
With that Sin's fragile emotion was calm down once again, though it soon started again after Nate arrived.
"The problem here is why will the whitebonez attack?" Nate asked.
"To me... I think it's just a test," Zee answered.
"Let me explain... I already know that you and Ozzie are the same type of zombies,"
"Perhaps, he might have noticed you and only wanted to test your strength," Zee said.
What Zee said was not making sense to Nate in particular. He is yet to meet with this Ozzie guy, so how did he know about him and why will he try to check out his strength?
"I thought I mentioned before, they are some other zombies working with Ozzie, normally, he will plant them all over the border to inform him who goes in and out of this settlement," Zee said.
"Why didn't you mention this earlier?" Lyon asked.
Zee could not reply to that question. Maybe, because he was interested in Nate also that he didn't want to inform him about the spy.
"That doesn't matter anyways... Since you guys killed all the whitebonez, by the time he none his pet will return alive, he surely by then will know what we are capable of."
"The matter right now is that we need to find out his hideout and also pay him some visits," Nate said.
"Well...luckily, we still have the brains intact," Mark said.
"Perfect...get the things ready and also, informed everyone to get ready, this fight will start in no time," Nate commanded.
With that, everyone was already leaving the room but that was when Nate stopped Sin. Peter seeing this wanted to stay back, but was assured by Nate that nothing will happen. Regardless, he still stood beside the door just in case something unusual happens.
"We need to talk about not just the matrix but you as well," Nate said.
"And what do you want to know about me?" Sin asked...
"Your race... I know you are not a human nor are you a zombie or a halfling. So what are you?"
Nate was expecting some reactions from Sin but the latter didn't say anything for a moment.
"Well... What I am is something I do not know but I am guessing from the knowledge you have that you know what it is?" Sin asked Nate.
"Are you actually a vampire?"
Just after Nate said that a bright light showed inside the room and soon after Leo was standing before them.
"Now... that's a decision that I am interested in," he said while taking a sit.
