Chapter 6 - 006 Chisato, what is your relationship?[rewrite]

The rooftop——

This wasn't a private place. Usually during lunch breaks, many students came here to eat bento, and some sat on benches reading books. It looked quite lively.

However, when Mu Xiaoxiao appeared, the chatting voices dropped significantly. Students moved away from him, nervous expressions appearing on their faces.

"Am I that scary?"

He had no bento for lunch and was too lazy to go to the cafeteria or convenience store for bread. The cigarette in his mouth was conspicuous. He took a puff amidst the smoke.

"Sigh."

Leaning on the railing, squinting, he looked down at his attire. "I don't look like a bad student, do I?"

He paused, then smiled casually. In those students' eyes, maybe he really was a bad student. His uniform was the same as theirs, but—

Sigh.

Even bad students wouldn't dare openly smoke in a public place like this. Mu Xiaoxiao didn't care. This behavior was even worse than a delinquent's.

He withdrew his gaze, unconcerned with those people. Turning, he leaned on the railing, letting the wind blow through his hair. His eyes fell on the groups of students below.

"Hm?"

As if seeing something interesting, a weird smile crossed his usually expressionless face. He turned and headed downstairs.

---

"Mu Xiaoxiao—"

He was called out as soon as he left the teaching building. Tight sportswear outlined the woman's graceful figure—amazing curves and arcs.

Long green hair reached her waist. She seemed a gentle woman, but now approached Mu Xiaoxiao with cold eyebrows.

"Mu Xiaoxiao! You actually smoke at school?!"

Facing her accusation, Mu Xiaoxiao lazily raised his eyelids. "Teacher Kaho, you're not my homeroom teacher, are you?"

Kaho Ootani, the PE teacher for his class. Though she taught physical education, she had a gentle personality and genuinely cared about students. Mu Xiaoxiao—a student who seemed unsociable—was also someone she took seriously.

Although Mu Xiaoxiao just found her troublesome.

Like now——

"Even if I'm not your homeroom teacher, you can't violate school rules like this." Kaho Ootani walked up to him, hands on hips. Her huge chest shook—a shocking sight.

Mu Xiaoxiao turned, cigarette in mouth, meeting her persistent gaze. When he saw Kaho Ootani reach for the cigarette at his lips, he tilted his head, dodging.

"Mu Xiaoxiao!"

Seeing he dared to evade, the glamorous PE teacher grew angry. She grabbed his arm to prevent escape. During the tugging, collisions were inevitable—one could clearly feel Teacher Kaho Ootani's soft, smooth body.

An ambiguous touch.

Swish.

The cigarette was taken from his mouth. Mu Xiaoxiao looked at her helplessly. He wanted to use Absolute Control on this nosy female teacher—but despite her large breasts, as a PE teacher, Kaho Ootani had excellent motor nerves. Purely in terms of attributes, she surpassed him. The effect of [Absolute Control] on her was extremely limited.

Thinking this, he couldn't wait to speed up his heart acquisition.

"Mu-kun, smoking isn't a good habit, especially at your age." Kaho Ootani crushed the cigarette with her shoe and tossed it in the trash. "The teacher doesn't want you to become a bad student."

"But the teacher also knows you're a poor child without parents. If you have any difficulties, you can tell me. I'll help you." Kaho Ootani smiled gently.

"Don't let Teacher Maki Yoshioka's appearance fool you—she's actually a gentle, good teacher."

Maki Yoshioka was the homeroom teacher of first-year Class D.

"I don't care if she's gentle or not." Mu Xiaoxiao smiled. "But Teacher Maki and Teacher Kaho are both beautiful."

Huh?

What does that mean?

Kaho Ootani didn't understand. She watched him turn and leave, standing alone by the garden, head tilted, looking confused.

---

Leaving Kaho Ootani behind, Mu Xiaoxiao spat and fumbled in his pocket. "Did you think I wouldn't have another after losing one? Teacher Kaho is so naive."

Click.

He lit up.

Truth be told, he had no real addiction. He only smoked when in a bad mood. Unfortunately, Mu Xiaoxiao, who'd traveled to this world, really wasn't in a good mood.

Arriving by the playground, he immediately spotted a couple under the cherry tree. The beautiful girl with long violet hair stood there with a strange senior. Mu Xiaoxiao narrowed his eyes and smiled.

He walked that way.

---

"Senior Yuuto..."

Looking at the message he'd sent—an invitation from someone she liked—Chisato couldn't find much happiness on her face. Instead, she frowned.

Mu Xiaoxiao's existence was like a mountain pressing on her heart. She couldn't escape, fight, or resist.

"At the very least, I can't implicate Senior Yuuto. His warning this morning is still fresh. But how should I tell Senior Yuuto?"

Tell him directly not to come near me?

Chisato was immersed in complicated thoughts. Unknowingly, she reached the playground. Senior Yuuto, not far away, called out to her, holding a bento box.

"Chi-chan—!"

"Senior Yuuto..."

A young man full of youthful vigor, wearing short sleeves, a sunny smile on his handsome face. This was probably the current ideal.

In the past, Chisato would have been happy to see him. Now, she felt only trouble and sadness.

Her eyes couldn't help but dart away.

"Chi-chan, I feel you've changed a bit today." Yuuto looked at the girl before him. Her clothes and attire were similar to before, yet he felt Chisato was somehow different.

"Different?"

"Well, Chi-chan seems more beautiful than before." He couldn't pinpoint it exactly, but she looked a little prettier.

Her uniform outlined her hot curves. Her legs under the skirt shone in the sun. Her rosy cheeks exuded a sweet scent. Beads of sweat glistened on her slender neck.

One couldn't help but want to stick out their tongue, to lick and taste.

The seductive aura Chisato's body unintentionally exuded made this senior glance at her frequently, his mouth dry.

'Chi-chan today feels very charming...'

'More beautiful? I should be happy to be praised by my senior.' Chisato lowered her head, a wry smile on her delicate cheeks hidden beneath her bangs. This silent gesture stunned Senior Yuuto.

"Chi-chan? What's wrong? I feel like you're in a bad mood."

"No, no." She quickly shook her head, trying to force a smile to cover up. "I'm not in a bad mood. Senior Yuuto, what did you want?"

"I wanted to have lunch with you." Yuuto shook his bento. Noticing Chisato had nothing in her hands, he frowned. "Chi-chan, you didn't bring a bento?"

"I didn't make one today," the girl said softly.

"Ah, why don't I give you mine? Or we could go to the cafeteria together."

"No, no, no." Chisato waved her hands. Though she had much to say to Senior Yuuto, she could only refuse, tears in her eyes. She was even considering whether to break up with him. "I'll just buy bread later."

"That—"

'Today's Chi-chan is strange.' Yuuto buried the question in his heart and was about to continue when he was suddenly interrupted.

"Yo, isn't this Chisato?"

An arm stretched from behind. Under Yuuto's stunned gaze, it wrapped around Chisato's slender neck, hooking her shoulders. "What are you doing here?"

Who—who is this person?

Seeing Mu Xiaoxiao, Yuuto was dumbfounded for a long moment before snapping out of it. Staring at him and Chisato leaning together, his eyebrows furrowed.

"Chi-chan, he—who is he?" Yuuto's eyes widened. His fingers holding the lunch box turned white. His face paled. He forced a smile. "Someone you know?"

"He—"

The moment Mu Xiaoxiao hooked her neck, Chisato's nerves and muscles tensed. Her pupils shook imperceptibly. Her body trembled slightly from the familiar breath and scent.

Last night's absurdity—she couldn't forget Mu Xiaoxiao's smell.

The traces he'd left on her, inside her—they hadn't disappeared. It was like PTSD. When he touched her, she felt it.

And now, in front of Senior Yuuto.

Chisato bit her lip tightly, head bowed, silent.

She desperately wanted to break free, to push Mu Xiaoxiao away—but she knew she couldn't.

"Chi-chan, you—are you dating?"

Yuuto asked in disbelief.

"Not at all." Mu Xiaoxiao spoke before Chisato could answer, pulling her neck closer into his arms. His head drew near hers, sniffing gently against her hair. "Chisato and I are just ordinary friends."

Ordinary friends?

'If you're ordinary friends, why are you being so intimate?!'

Yuuto clenched his fists.

"Chisato." Mu Xiaoxiao lingered with her, breathing into the girl's ear. "What do you think?"

"I... well... Mu-kun is my friend." Chisato pursed her lips and spoke. The hand on her neck, his body leaning against her shoulder—made her body rigid as a sculpture.

Accompanied by a faint tobacco scent.

"Just a friend? Chi-chan, I don't think he seems like—"

He didn't finish, but his suspicious eyes kept falling on Mu Xiaoxiao. He looked at the boy with a thuggish aura, cigarette in mouth, who'd look even more delinquent if he dyed his hair yellow.

But he had black hair. Even so, Yuuto still felt something was wrong with this person.

Chisato wasn't quite right either.

"Speaking of which, I haven't eaten lunch yet. Chisato, do you mind having a meal with me?" Mu Xiaoxiao's hand hugged her, rubbing her smooth, delicate skin. His eyes fixed on her gritted-teeth expression.

He smiled.

"Um..."

"Chi-chan? Chi—ahem!"

Puff.

The smoke ring he exhaled hit Yuuto's face. Watching him cough incessantly, Mu Xiaoxiao raised the corner of his mouth. He hugged the girl intimately and left, without her struggling or saying a word.

"Chi-chan... what's the relationship between you two?"

Watching the girl he liked being embraced by that strange boy—only their backs remaining—Yuuto's chest heaved. His cheeks paled.

Why.

Doesn't Chisato know how I feel?
