Like painting an event on top of an already created image, however the actions cannot be outside of Cyrene's capabilities and the amount of things done are restricted by the exorbitant amount of essence required for each second. See the painting Cyrene paints is an entire scene one that occurs in a second in the real world but is made up of many seconds in the painting world]
[However Cyrene's ability can be countered in two ways: being fast enough to react to her ability(which can also be countered if she puts in the essence to make the scene faster), or be too strong for her to create the scene. See Cyrene's scene has to be something possible, if she's just a Master trying to slice off the head of a Cursed Titan in the scene it'll just be a waste of essence, even with the failure to complete the scene her activate Aspect will still drain the required essence for the actions which will likely drain all her essence]
