Cain immediately recognized what this was.
He was observing the world from another point of view. From a different set of eyes.
Despite that, everything seemed so real. The smells, the sounds, the wonderful sight before him.
A sight so wonderful, he felt it would be okay to die now. So that was the last thing he ever saw. At least, he'd die happy then.
A grand room so grand, the word 'grand' seemed lacklustre to describe its wonder.
And sitting in this room, on a bed of clouds, was a being so divine, so beautiful, even the room seemed dim in her presence.
Cain instantly realized he had never seen anything as beautiful in all his years of existing.
And yet here, this beautiful entity was looking at him with a soft, tender gaze.
One filled with oceans of...
'Love? Admiration? Lust?'
He had no idea what it really was.
This ethereal entity slowly began walking towards him.
Or rather, the body he currently occupied.
