Waking up with a headache and looking around I see people who look vagely familiar to me but I cant seem to recognise them. It's not until I feel like I need to scratch an itch on my left forearm that I look down and scratch some sort of metal implant in my arm that I figure out I don't have any memories.
Deciding to do what seemingly comes naturally I hold my left forearm up and think 'open status' and see some text saying

'hmm ok so I've got no memory and it looks like I can restore it ok, Authorization granted restore my memories.'

Suddenly, I felt like I was hit with a massive migrane as I started remembering two different lives one where I was an average citizen of the United States of America and one where I was the sickly twin of one Niklaus Mikealson named Royce Mikealson funny I was royce in the USA as well.
Putting my left arm down now, knowing the glowing yellow orange thing in my arm was called an implant from Arc Survival Evolved.
Looking around, I saw my twin Niklaus lying on the ground along with my other siblings.
I held my head as I looked around due to suddenly being overwhelmed by my senses as I started to feel the wind as it touched my skin, and light looked so much brighter than I remembered.
Suddenly remembering what happened just before I was knocked out, my heart was filled with a shit ton of rage, but rationality affected me much more as I finally remembered the show The Originals from what I can only assume is my past life and I decide to get the heck out of here and figure out more later.
But before I can run away, a hand grabs my shoulder really hard, and I turn to look at my father Micheal, and I unintentionally blurt out "Ow, you d*ck get your hand off me."
Surprised by my bluntness that I never showed before, basically ever in my life, Micheal unintentionally let go, and that was all I needed, and I took off running as fast as I could before Micheal could even react.
Pretty soon, I was a kilometer away and counting, but I was getting so hungry as I ran, and the brightness of the full moon kept bothering me. "Wait, the full moon is bright? f*ck I'm in transition, aren't I."
'Alright, time to keep running and not stop for a long time' *sniff* 'holy crap what smells so good.' completely forgetting about running away as I ran towards the delicious smell I was smelling.
I soon reached the smell, and I saw a group of humans sitting in their home, and they smelled so good walking towards the house I knocked on their door and waited for them to come to the door.
Soon, someone opened the door, and I saw a girl around my age at the door as she leaned against it. She said something, but I couldn't hear it over the sound of her heartbeat.
"Hey, can hear me, sir."
Suddenly, before she could react, I lunged at her and bit down on her neck, and before anyone could do anything else, I snapped her neck while drinking her blood, killing her.
Suddenly, before I could think about anything else, my body started flaring with an intense amount of pain as I started to feel my bones creak, and my muscles started moving to reform themselves.
Suddenly, my bones started to break, and a scream exited my lungs as I fell to the ground, my entire body screaming as it started to try to reform itself into a wolf.
Suddenly, when I was screaming in pain, a searing heat started to emit from all over my body as my insides started to liquefy slightly and steam started to rise from my body.
In the sky, dark clouds started to roll in, trying to cover the moon and succeeding in doing so when a red ring surrounded the moon, becoming a lunar eclipse.
Pain now skyrocketing the last thing my rational mind can remember is looking up at the eclipse, and my body started to take the form of a wolf that wasn't exactly a wolf.
