Su Jingchen drank the water and then put the cap back on the bottle.
He wanted to ask Yu Xiaolian about the transparent water bottle, but knowing Yu Xiaolian would probably harshly tell him not to ask, he wisely decided against it.
Since there's water, there should be food too.

"I can order food too?"

Yu Xiaolian took out strips of pork and beef jerky from her space; the more you chew them, the tastier they are, much better than bread and cookies.
Bread and cookies are too choking.
