Dreams POV)
Ever since nightmare trapped me in stone he has been mentally toying with me. It's hard to tell how much time has passed but nightmare drops a few hints. I'm guessing it's been 5 years.
The times' nightmare isn't torturing me is almost mind-shattering. But recently in the last 2 years, I've been feeling a present that I thought it was nightmare but wasn't. It was like nightmare before he ate the apple, calm and mellow.
I could also sense sadness and loneliness there was never anyone else with. Until I felt the atmosphere change it was an unpleasant tent. I felt as if someone was putting their feet on my side.
Then it was gone then a wave of fear and bravery but it quickly ended I soon felt something on my feet. Then happen something that I was unable to do for so long I enter their dreamscape. This wasn't good, time moves more quickly in the dreamscape.
Meaning, nightmare would be here soon. Their dreamscape was all white with a single tree. She was at the base of the tree I ran to her tell her she needs to wake up.
She looked weird blackish purple tar leaked from her eyes which were dark black voids only the iris seeable. Glowing dark Purple flowers had grown all around her and even grew from her skin. She wasn't in tune to listen to me I tap her shoulder telling her she needs to leave be for he gets here.
Suddenly she's gone and I'm back in the pitching void she woke up, hopefully, she leaves in time.
I feel a hand on my shoulder and then hear a Crack I could now hear what was going on outside
????: ah! It looks ok...ow
I heard them walk away 10 mins later nightmare shows up
Nightmare: looks like some brats have been here. It seems the teacher needs to be taught how to teach the children here not to go into the woods but first
Things went back to normal almost I have my sense of time now it has been about 3-day since that person was last here I hope they're ok. They came back on the fourth day I felt pressure around me and suddenly I can't feel the ground it feel like I was a about to be tossed.
After being set back down I felt something on my shoulder the mood because peaceful and happy
????: Marey will probably try to bring her friends here and destroy it, I should bring it home somehow...
[time skip from your worse nightmares]
Its been Two years sinse i could hear what happens outside. They started talking to me like and actual person not just a statue well I guess for all they know I am just a statue.
They sounded upset apparently there mother went missing a week ago. Nightmare said he thought I some how got out of this stone somehow but it wasn't me it was a woman with similar ora as me. He said she must have been part monster because she dusted when hr killed her.
Part of me feels bad because I'm sure that was their mother...
Few day later they came earlier then normal like really early. I was kinda worried nightmare may have still been lingering around. Thats all i could think of until... I started moving!
I could tell it was them carrying me they carried me for quite a while and sat me down on what sounded like wood. Then i heard a door open an closed did they carry me all the way to their home!?
10 mins later they camr back out and picked me back up and we continued 30 minutes later. I felt a familiar ora suddenly light came into the darkness.
The dark void turned into a white void. I Heard them say they'd be right back. 30 min later they were back they told me they got blankets and pillows and how they can't really stay in their home.
They climb up what sounds like a tree and said good night but they came back down and placed something on me heading backup.
Soon I fell asleep awaiting the nightmare to come but instead i was met with our tree.
I sat down and cried for the memories of the old times hurt. Suddenly someone falls out of the tree by my side.
Only me and nightmare can enter eachothers dreamscapes but they entered mine. They thought it was their dream and talked about how this wasn't THeir tree and that it had everything thing theirs did only difference was how the branches layout.
I was shocked. I also kept hearing this cracking noise the whole time. When they woke up and it seemed they actually climbed down the tree in there sleep they then left.
Suddenly the stone on my face started falling off I could see, i was in a meadow surrounded by trees. I move the stone on my body fell off i could move.
I moved my arm it hit what I believe was a tree i look behind me and it was The Tree the one me and nightmares were to protect but it also wasn't the same the tree wasn't in a place like this and The trees form isn't the same i was behind the tree feeling and taking in the tree I heard someone coming from the otherside so i frozen thinking it might be nightmare.
On the other side i heard a thud sniffles then straight up crying
