She knew her fathers had seen her writhing in pain last night. Kay even slept next to her to keep her comfortable. He held her like a baby. She knew their heart ached after looking at her walking in pain in the morning. She didn't want to make them feel the same pain again and again.
She cried loudly and begged Archer not to take her to her fathers again in his arms. "Please don't carry me like you did last night!" she begged. She was on the verge of crying. She hated herself in that moment. She never cried before anyone. It was her job to make others cry. So why did she keep crying and baring her heart before Archer?
And that stupid, idiot understood every single feeling of hers. "They were worried and hurt after they saw you unconscious last night, and you don't want to add to their stress, right?"
"Ahh! How does he do that? Why? How can he understand what I want to say? I don't want me fathers to feel bad or worry about me," she thought. And a tear dropped from her eyes.
