Okay I've been re reading this again and I have to say… I hate the AI wish. Like I really detest it.
So I'm retconning it like we are fucking DC. Infinite Earth who? lol.
Anyway fuck that AI wish. Breaks immersion a lot and doesn't really fit the tone.
Another thing I don't like is Mihawk's skill and abilities. I couldn't really translate that properly in this verse so that is getting retconned to Mihawk's potential.
In my personal bias… Mihawk is on or slightly above Shanks in strength. Yes I know the Shanks fan will come out of the woodwork to haunt me, all five of them.
Mihawk is strong. No contest. He and Loki are the only men with over 3 billion berri bounties and they were not in a crew. They got that solely of their personal strength and influence. What others had to get crews and numbers for Mihawk did it alone.
Remember he was called the Marinehunter. Don't play with my goat.
Whenever I retcon something I'll write it here. I am honestly not strong enough to go back and rework everything just yet so please bear with me.

1) AI tool- lost it during the awakening. The abilities merged with him and are now a part of his soul and personal abilities.
2) Skills and abilities of Mihawk: Turned to the potential of Mihawk and his haki.
3) Devil fruits: There are many around the world even parts yet unexplored. There are also many hidden powerhouses so take the World ranking with a pinch of salt as it is not entirely accurate.
