Dahu didn't quite grasp Gu Nian's intention, but he did have his eye on the braised pork.
Of course, this doesn't mean Gu Nian's other dishes weren't good.
The taste of the braised pig intestines was also excellent, as was the spicy snails. However, these two dishes are the kind that are fine to eat in the countryside but wouldn't appeal to wealthy people, and wouldn't seem suitable for a restaurant.
What puzzled Dahu though was, "Little sister, why don't you want to sell the jelly to the restaurant?"
It's summer now, and the jelly is delicious and refreshing. If little sister agrees, it would definitely sell for a good price.
Gu Nian happened to think the same way, "Big brother, it's summer now, and this jelly is tasty and easy to make, not expensive to produce. I'm thinking of selling cool noodles with second brother once he's better, so our family will always have some income."
