William's silence deepened. Because now he understood what Riz was trying to do.
"It is... very unconventional," he admitted. "However, there will be risks. Some nations may see through it. Others may attempt to reverse-engineer and improve the designs."
"They will. Just let them."
Improvement took time, but Ryntum was not standing still either.
At last, William gave a small nod. "I understand, Your Majesty. I will begin assessing inventory and potential buyers... discreetly."

And so weapons begin to flood the black market silently. There were no banners or official trade routes marked on any map.

A shipment there.
