Diamond was in awe as she listened to Ivy. She had taken her time to come up with so many things that were very helpful to her, to be honest.
Diamond didn't much about the money. Be it losing it or earning it. As long as that money was used to make someone's life better than the current. Then its use was well served.
While listening to Ivy, she couldn't help but realize that some of these benefits her staff didn't have them.
The cost of living was currently high and if she wasn't mistaken, there were other staff under her who were getting paid less than A$2,000. That wasn't her fault, but the normal wages set in the industry. Anyway, they were satisfied, but if she were to increase, then it could even be better.
Anyway, she wasn't planning on blindly increasing everyone's wages like that. She would have to leave that matter to Nancy, Kiara, and Ivy. They would see which amount was fit for everyone. They were the ones managing the businesses, anyway.
