Pa Perry's farm was as big about forty acres, nearly the same size as her first farm. Pa Perry didn't just buy the land, but the farm came with the buildings (pig pens and chicken coops) which was a bonus.
There was also a dam at the farm but it wasn't big. The dam nonetheless was dry which should have been a big problem if she didn't have a water seed. Fortunately, the system sorted this problem for her beforehand, and all she had to do was plant the seed and the water problem would be solved.
"So, dear, how will you do it?" Pa Perry asked curiously as he looked at Diamond and then the dried dam.
Diamond flashed a mischievous smile at her father and without saying a word, she stretched her hand and a beautiful blue crystal appeared on it, amazing the two.
"Wow~ dear, what's that?" with stars in her eyes, Ma Perry asked as she looked at the crystal in Diamond's hand.
