"Ruby, you're reading the news again. It's not good for your health to read too much of it."
A man dressed in a full set of white loungewear came in, carrying lunch.
"Stop calling me Ruby all the time. Am I still that little?"
Ruby Mercer rolled her eyes helplessly.
"Yes, you're still young! Come on, eat while it's hot. I have to go to the company. Leave everything to Auntie afterwards."
"Got it."
Ruby watched the man's back and couldn't help but say, "Benjamin Murray, thank you!"
Benjamin Murray turned to look at Ruby, "No problem! Taking care of you was Mrs. Wood's instructions. Just enjoy yourself and recover your health before doing anything else. In your current state, it might take a year or two to fully recover."
"Alright, alright, you talk way too much!"
Ruby hurriedly spoke to urge him to leave, worried that she might start crying.
Unexpectedly, during her most miserable time, it was Benjamin Murray who saved her.
