Benjamin Murray glanced back at Hardy Mercer, signaling him to leave and let him handle it.
Hardy Mercer's eyes flashed with malice, then he left Benjamin Murray's office and went upstairs to his own office.
The more he thought about it, the angrier he became. He picked up his phone and dialed Ruby Mercer.
"Ruby Mercer! Reject that film, 'Fallen Flower'."
Hardy Mercer said decisively.
Upon hearing this, Ruby Mercer thought: Wow, he sounds really angry, not even bothering to pretend. That's good, at least I won't be disgusted.
"Mr. Mercer, I really like that movie, the company hasn't arranged anything for me, is there a problem with taking it?"
Ruby Mercer feigned ignorance and questioned Hardy Mercer.
"I read the script, it's not that good! It doesn't suit your character, how about I have the company arrange other work for you? I heard the show from last time is switching to recording, you can go back to it."
Hardy Mercer spoke with "good intentions."
