Upstairs, Ruby received a call from Dora Johnson, talking about her plans to go abroad for a while. They chatted for a while and arranged to have a meal together tomorrow.
She had just picked out clothes ready to take a shower when Christopher Moore's video call came through.
"Home?"
Christopher, "Yeah!"
Ruby looked at the clothes in her hand, "I'm going to take a shower, we'll..."

Christopher's gaze flickered, interrupting her, "Video call?"
Ruby froze, thinking she might have misunderstood him!
She constantly prompted herself:
Although Christopher is flirty, it's absolutely impossible for him to be so shameless!
So, unconvinced, she asked, "Christopher, what did you just mean by a video call?"
Christopher, as if it was obvious, "Shower!"
Ruby couldn't believe it, swallowing hard, "Are you saying you want me to video call while I shower?"
