Rune and Carin kept descending. The Tomb if Queens was deep underground, sonthe stairwell went on for quite some time.
"Who is Zabal?" Rune asked, trying to break the silence.
Carin glanced back at him but faced forward a moment later, continuing to move forward while using a torch to light their path.
"He's the proprietor of a black market bar. There are many kinds of unique plants and fruits in Albion, and many of them have equally unique effects on the body."
"Zabal's establishment is known as the Mirage Tavern, and the bar frequently changes locations. I never really figured out just how he is able to move everything the way he does, but his skills keeps the place open."
Carin explained that, there was a kind of unspoken agreement between this Zabal and the Royals. The spirits he makes with the plants and fruit could be potentially dangerous if distributed en masse but they have also proven useful for training soldiers.
