The passage wasn't long, and Feng Yuan and his group reached the end after a short walk. A stone chamber appeared before them. Unlike the passage, there were no altars or statues here. In the center was a hollow sphere made up of five metal rings of varying sizes.
The flat metal rings were engraved with special inscriptions. Agunas and Veronia moved closer, surprised to discover that these inscriptions weren't remnants from the Mythical Era.
At Agunas' beckoning, Tamur floated forward to examine the inscriptions. Although it wasn't a creature of the Mythical Era or had lived during that time, as a Divine Beast representing that era, it knew all about it. Unfortunately, it couldn't recognize where these inscriptions originated.
"Not from the Mythical Era, or perhaps from a civilization beyond my Authority."
"What do you mean?"
Agunas turned his head, puzzled, looking at Tamur. The other slightly swayed and said,
"I don't know."
