Technology has developed to such an extent that even Jia Yan can't tell the difference between real and artificial beings. Whether this is good or bad for technological progress remains unknown.
In that moment, Jia Yan thought a lot, even considering that if technology could produce strong beings, perhaps most civilizations in the Milky Way would perish. After all, the productivity and manufacturing capabilities of technology are first-rate. If a civilization is controlled by a smart brain that stops at nothing for its own survival and lacks emotion, no other civilization would be its match.
"Fortunately, the smart brains developed by technology cannot pose a threat to the combat power of true top-level Galaxy Level existences, because such technology does not exist at present. Or even if it does, it would need many restrictions, such as terrain."
