The Great General stood at the center of the remnant fleet's defense line, watching one news story after another about the Giant Mosquito arriving at the Great Empire, with a trace of strangeness in his eyes.
His thinking was the same as that of the upper echelons near the Emperor, which was that the Giant Mosquito's arrival at their Great Empire was definitely not simply to help out. So, even though they were rescued because of the Giant Mosquito, he wasn't all that happy.
"Imagine our Great Empire, boasting to be the strongest civilization in the Orion Arm, yet in the current war, we are in such dire straits, even worse than Earth civilization..."
Thinking further, the Great General could only smile bitterly.
