Jin Jing never gets involved in the battles between his niece and her dad. He's been familiar with Old Sir Jin's temper for decades, and he's used to it. His niece doesn't indulge Old Sir Jin though, and she often comes out on top in their skirmishes.
He's happy to sit back and watch the fun.
Jin Chunting, on the other hand, silently learns from them. His demeanor is gentle and he always has a smile on his face, so others can't tell what he's thinking.
The old man, who is deemed silly, diligently learns how to choose the correct vegetables, and soon he's doing it in a credible manner.
Feeling proud, he sneaks a glance at his granddaughter, oblivious to how childish he seems.
Tuanzi glances at his results and pouts, "So you can do it well, huh? Why didn't you do it before?"
Without waiting for Old Sir Jin to answer, she continues, "Do you think it's right for others to cook for you? Or do you think your time shouldn't be spent on cooking?"
