Jane considered that after being in the entertainment industry for so long, she's encountered more monsters than humans. Her eyes have been trained to see through the façade of these monsters.
The woman sat down calmly, crossed her legs, and looked at the whimpering young girl: "Miss Isabella is just a newbie who doesn't focus on honing her acting skills. If she spends all day pestering Director Clarke for justice, it probably doesn't match the image of diligence and dedication you've described."
Director Clarke remained silent, seemingly agreeing with Jane. After all, directors are busy and even meal times are squeezed in, so where's the time to listen to gossip or mediate for others?
Isabella felt awkward, knowing that if she annoyed the director, her future path would be difficult.
The young girl knew when to retreat. A look of grievance appeared on her face immediately: "Sister Jane is right, a little grievance is not a big deal; I won't pursue this matter further."
